My experience with Tara was very special. I interviewed multiple agents before choosing to go under contract with her. She is an expert at navigating the often difficult process of selling and buying homes in a complex market. There were a few bumps in the road on my real estate journey - both with selling the home I grew up in and inherited as well as purchasing my own home. I can’t find enough words to describe how important it was for me to have an understanding, knowledgeable agent there to help me. Tara was responsive to my needs, often anticipating and preparing for next steps as we went along. She took time to explain the importance of details along the way and made sure I understood all of my options available to me. She went out of her way to research all options available to me each time I encountered a barrier in my process and helped me brainstorm solutions so I could keep moving forward. The sale of the home I grew up in was emotional for me and Tara was supportive on a personal level as well; often taking time to check on me through the process and letting me know that it was ok to be sad and grieve the loss of the home I grew up in. I was so lucky to have found her as my agent and I consider working with her to be a complete blessing. I highly recommend her; she was instrumental in my real estate experience and I know she will be in yours too!

Every time I work with Tara it is an absolute pleasure. 2 home purchases and a sale and each one was as easy as they could have been with her help. She does and outstanding job. Quick to answer any and all questions with great information on every subject and a great list of sources for any home needs. Terrific advise for buying/selling in every aspect from; contracts, loan types, things to look out for, advise against/for properties, Etc. Tara's help buying/selling makes the me look forward to working with her again when/if I ever need to sell/buy a future home.

Tara is the best. She is incredibly knowledgeable. She helped us purchase our new home and sell our old one. Home buying and selling can be a very stressful process. However, Tara answered all of our questions, reviewed our contract, and followed up with any questions to the builder. Selling our home was super easy. Tara and her team kept us apprised of every aspect of the sale. I would definitely use Tara and her team again.

Tara is the best realtor, not one of the best, whom I have ever hired while I have gone through buy and sale of properties multiple times in the past. The latest transaction just happened a few days ago. Here is what about her:1. she put her energy into the business not simply as a realtor agent but a professional consultant and analyst, too. We hired her as a sales agent right after the fed increased the interest rate a few times (you know what that means to the house market). When we met her first time, she spent most of our first meeting to help understand each other as people, the needs and expectation of the business opportunity, and the market status with easy-to-read data.2. she demonstrated her expertise in the realtor domain consistently and, the most importantly, excellent knowledge about the area where we were living.3. she invested in the business process and took risk with us to demonstrate her expertise and confidence rather than asking us to pay everything in advance under her directions (that's the normal practice that we experienced with other agents).4. she worked in details of every step in the business process, from pricing, marketing, and open house to the final closing, timely provided us with latest customer information, feedback, and advice, etc.. The details were backed by analytical data from her resources. Both my wife and I are very satisfied with her great job done. Tara is wonderful to work with. She has a wealth of knowledge in the market and has creative solutions for problems that can crop up. We listed at the beginning of the market downturn and Tara had multiple suggestions and creative ideas to market the home and still get the best possible price. She is always available if you have any questions and will do her best to represent you as either a buyer or seller.

Tara was very professional and easy to work with. The amount of effort and time she put into walking me through the selling process is unbelievable. She made it so easy and helped me understand what was happening every step of the way. Even if there was no new information to be passed on to me Tara would check in with me at least once a week.
