We approached Tara to help us find property in the mountains. Not an easy ask being that it was winter and the areas we were looking in were 2-3 hours out. She didn't hesitate. She made numerous trips to help us look at property and much in some crazy weather. One was even a last minute viewing and she was there for us. She made sure we were comfortable with every step of our process and answered any questions we had. In the end we found the property for us. She made our entire process very easy and memorable. I was a first time home seller and was a little concerned, before selling my condo, about how it might go. Of course, I wanted to get the best price for my property and I wanted the process to be pretty easy. I spoke to Tara before I made my mind up about selling. She was terrific in that she was knowledgeable and helpful in providing information about different options available to me, and there was no pressure. I decided that I wanted to sell; I got the price that I wanted for my property, and the entire process was really easy. With Tara's guidance I always knew and understood where we were in the process and when I had questions, she was very quick to respond. Tara was willing to spend the time necessary to sell a more difficult property. She frequently let us know the current comps on the property as its value increased (due to improvements made and the timing of the real estate market). She was very responsive to our needs and to the potential buyers questions regarding the improvements made to the property (including structural). She provided contact info for an engineer, a structural company and radon mitigation. We ended up using all 3 and were pleased. She patiently waited on us to finish the improvements and we ended up very pleased with the selling price.

Tara is very knowledgeable about the local market, she indulged our desire to look at lots of different homes, but she was also very good at helping us to keeping things realistic. When we started to give up hope on finding a home, she kept encouraging us and was ever diligent on the hunt. When I wanted to put my condo up for sale, Tara was absolutely amazing! We started out by figuring out my timeline for selling, and then scheduled all the "little things" from there. She brought in an outside consultant to help make sure my condo looked perfect for selling. She then brought in a professional photographer to take pictures of my condo and designed a beautiful brochure and virtual tour that launched the day my condo went on the market. She was very detailed and thorough with every aspect of the selling of my condo and made sure that I understood each process, as well as made sure that I accepted an offer that was right for me. She was just wonderful to work with throughout the entire selling process, and the entire time only wanted to do what was best for me.
