Tara did an exceptional job in helping us to find our first home! In less than a month we closed on a beautiful house. While there some issues we had to work through with the seller, Tara handled much of it, without us having to get too involved. Tara was with us every step of the way, yet not overbearing. January is normally a slow season but not in2019. Tara was very busy but whenever I called she would respond within the hour. A house came on the market that I my wife and I really wanted to see. Tara had an appointment at 9:00am so she called the realtor and was able to get us in at 8:00am. She made sure all inspections, safety requirements, receipts for all services and improvements were all completed. Others were bidding on this house but we got it after looking at many others. This is the second house we bought through Tara. The first one was for our daughter, who is married with one child who we babysit while she’s at work. Her house is across the park from us. If I were to sell or buy a house I wouldn’t think twice about calling Tara. Thank you Tara!

Where do I even START? Even though I’ve known Tara and her family for years, I NEVER expected this level of service. I’m very ‘country’. Here’s my house, buy it, let’s get on, got stuff to do. I was overwhelmed by the complexities from the first sit-down. This woman CARRIED my behind, wiped my nose, talked me off ledges, gave me cookies to shut me up, cleared the road when I wanted to snowplow, never ONCE ignored even the most ridiculous text or call. I promised my boss that I’d work to the last second and she covered me while I was away or buried. There is NO POSSIBLE WAY I could have done this without her. She made it as fun and stress free as humanly possible. I lost count of how many times I heard ‘BREATHE! I have it handled. I enjoy this! It’s what I do’! Plenty of my friends are moving and I’ve constantly heard, ‘your realtor did WHAT for you? MINE didn’t do that’! I could go on, but if you’re in the market to buy or sell, I IMPLORE you, give Tara a call and just let her catch you! I’m the poster child for difficulty and stubbornness and she waved me off like a gnat at a BBQ. You won’t be disappointed!
