Even though I told her that I was just looking, and I wasn’t ready to buy a home. Tanisha offered to go with me to an open house on the same night we met. She researched the house and gathered information on the sale just in case I wanted to make a bid.Tanisha patiently answered all my questions, including all hypothetical questions about the process. I wasn’t sure if I was ready to own a home until Tanisha presented me with a host of researched facts and trends happening in the housing market. This information included three potential homes in my desired areas.The home I purchased was in probate. Tanisha guided us through every hurdle working diligently through the process for almost a year. She also helped me to maintain my interest rate, pre-approval, and my deposit. Tanisha has a passion for the work, and she advocated for my best interest. She worked professionally with the sellers’ team to get me the best deal in the end.

Tanisha is a hard working realtor, very patient, with great listening and communication skills. She provided advice like family and looked out for us in all grey areas that behold our understanding. I was very surprised to see, she would jump to her feet to come for any home inspection that we called her to, even with the shortest notice. i will recommend her and her team to anyone of good interest that wants to buy a property, and my time with her in business is not over yet.
