Where to begin! I must say, as a first time home buyer, I really thought this process was going to be long, draining, and that I was going to end up settling for less than what I wanted. I had an agent prior to working with Tanisha that did everything an agent is NOT supposed to do, so I was weary and scarred from that experience. However, after that first phone call with Tanisha, she turned my entire experience around. Within hours from that phone call, she set up a virtual tour for a unit I had been trying to see for weeks! She saw countless condos with me all over Eastern Mass, and never made me feel like I was a burden even if it was way out of her way. She found the unit that I ended up closing on, and I know I wouldn't have found it without her(I know this because I am one of those people that sits on zillow for hours, and I never came across it)! It was everything that I told her I wanted and more, and I knew the minute I walked in that it was my home. Tanisha was such a pleasure to work with. She's professional, kind-hearted, and boy does she know how to negotiate! There were 4 other offers (including an all cash offer) on the condo that I wanted, and she helped sweeten my offer without hurting my pocket, and we won the bid!
