Tania came highly recommended by family. When my wife and I first met Tania, her first priority was to make sure we both fully understood the steps of selling our first home. We were selling my moms home once she passed away. The home was in a trust and she was the recommendation of our trust attorney. This was not a easy situation, we had family members who did not agree on things and a house that was in very bad condition because my mom was in hospice before she passed. We did not know where to start. Tania jumped right in, she helped organize the removal of all the unwanted items in the house, she had people come in and take care of the rodents, remove the carpet and make the necessary repairs and paint. Once the home was painted and new carpet was added she had it decorated. It was a different happier light place like I once rememebred it to be. Tania was very good about making sure we kept costs down with the clean up knowing not everyone in the family wanted to do much. We did not have the funds to make it happen so she helped up front to ensure it looked good. She was also able to get everyone on the same page in the family sale. Once people came to see the house sold after the 3rd person saw it. We had two offers so we were able to get the price we all wanted. We were so suprised thinking we would have to sell to a flipper which we did not want to do. We appreciate that she took a sad situation and took care of everything so we did not have to worry about it. She always communicated everything each step of the way so we all knew what was happening. She even drove to my work to help explain papers I needed to sign but did not understand. I would recommend her for her patience, her taking over the hard stuff, getting a price we all were comfortable with and always talking through everything

Tania made the impossible, possible by finding us a beautiful home we didn’t know existed. We simply wanted to slightly larger home that was close to work. What Tania found for us was our dream home. Over the years I have written very few letters of recommendation but Tania Ventura has more than earned this one. Tania became our realtor on the recommendation of another realtor. I’m a senior who has bought and sold seven homes in San Diego County over the last 50 years. The process was always stressful, sometimes frustrating, and sometimes made me wish I had chosen someone else as my realtor. My wife and I wanted someone experienced that we could trust. Tania turned out to be that very person. Tania is very experienced and knows how to market a home extremely effectively. She did not limit her advertising to the local area or even just San Diego County. She promoted the sale in Los Angeles and San Francisco as well. When our home was listed the average time on market was 61 days. Within 32 days of listing Tania brought in an all-cash offer that we accepted. The buyers were from LA. In my experience Tania is unique. During the time our home was on the market we had some very hard decisions to make. Over and over again Tania proved herself to be knowledgeable, smart, caring, and most importantly, honest. There were opportunities for her to sway us in ways that could have benefited her.
