My husband and I literally jumped into home buying feet first and we had no idea what we were doing, but Tania kept up with us and helped us learn things along the way. These things move super fast and Tania was very easy to reach out to, and provided a quick response even late at night. She helped us negotiate and gave her honest opinion if she felt the home was a good value; if there were foundation issues etc. The market moved very quickly when we purchased and Tania always had a great turnaround making sure we had all the disclosures we needed right away. She gave us extra days at the property to meet with various contractors and to take measurements so we’d feel a little more ready by the time we moved in. She helped us get in contact with varying contractors and troubleshoot things even after the sale of the home. We really liked her suggestion on where to put our dining table! Sometimes it’s hard to forget how the home was laid out when you toured it and we didn’t know what to do with this larger space but now it’s been perfectly reimagined and our Guinea pigs are in their own special nook right by the main family areas. The day we got the keys was a crazy one- we were moving out on the last day of our lease and hurrying to clean and coordinate it all but Tania centered us with a little celebration and a nice bottle of champagne! We are so grateful Tania was there to guide us- we really took a crash course in home purchasing and looked at several. After all the chaos, we ended up really loving our first home together and couldn’t imagine ourselves living at any other property! Thanks Tania for taking such great care of us.

Tania expertly guided us as we prepared our house for market, showing the house to potential buyers and agents, responding to the offer we accepted, and getting us through escrow. She then helped us search for a house that ended up being the perfect replacement. Above and beyond she also assisted with some glitches in the actual move. We are sad she is no longer our neighbor but glad she is now our friend a short distance away.

Working with Tania was an amazing experience. From the start she showed and kindness and expertise that we had been looking for all along. She was always available to work with (even at some potentially inconvenient times) and stayed by our side every step of the way all the way to our first home! We are thankful for Tania and couldn't recommend give a higher recommendation when looking for someone to help you in your home buying search.

Selling a tenant-occupied home from a distance could have been a nightmare for me, but Tania avoided or absorbed the stress.
