I started investing with Tammy in 2012. She's able to find homes through other agents prior to them going on the MLS due to her networking skills and sphere of influence. She can walk through a home and give us a proper analysis of repair costs and ARV allowing us to make the best-educated decision we can when deciding to buy an investment property. She has so many contractors and workers at her fingertips that give us the best prices and are always available when we use her name. I've worked with other agents in the past and they don't even come close to the knowledge and expertise Tammy has in the industry.

I called Tammy on March 28th, 2022 and told her that I was pretty sure I wanted to sell my Pleasanton house.
