Let me just say this. If you are selling or purchasing a house in the area that Tammy covers and are not taking advantage of her services, you are making s big mistake. Although we had great credit we were dealing with a very difficult lender. The amount of information they wanted from us including many years previous was almost insane considering our credit history that is excellent. Tammy work this out for us she was there every step of the way she goes above and beyond any other agent I've ever dealt with. How she cared the amount of time she put in and the personal touches made this incredibly horrible experience from the lender made this a incredibly good experience because of Tammy, and Tammy alone. We had so many roadblocks in this lending process I literally was going to give up but Tammy went to bat for us she smoothed out every objection see even got documents I couldn't even get, she pointed us in the right direction, and when push came to shove, she shoved a lot and we can never thank her enough. Tammy is kind professional courteous and knows the business in and out. She's also a lot of fun to deal with and at the same time gets the job done. Like I said no matter how much I say and put down into words we will ever be thankful for the amount of hard work she put into getting this home purchased for us through this incredibly difficult lender that we had to deal with.
