I hired Tammy to sell my property at the recommendation of my neighbors next door, who used Tammy as their buying agent. I am active military, and live in Germany. There was a lot of trust needed for the initial selection of an agent, and I almost went with an improper fit. Luckily, my neighbor, as well as my step sister who both had direct contact, assured me I should go with Tammy. My property was a family home, and had a lot of emotional ties. Many extraneous issues were raised, and Tammy helped me sift through them, and proceed with the process. In addition, right before we about to list, a major issue came up with the house needing immediate repairs. Tammy was on site, and kept me updated with status on what was needed, and helped me with the final resolution. Without her help, the listing could have been delayed more than a month. Throughout the selling process, Tammy kept me informed through chat/e-mail/phone. She was available whenever needed, responsive, and to the point. She answered all my questions/inquires with exactly the information I needed. As a remote seller, it could not have been easier, except having to drive a two hour round trip to send signature documents expedited from Germany. Other than that, everything was done securely via DotLoop, the industry standard. I highly recommend Tammy to represent, buying or selling.
