Although I was living in VA, she kept me up-to-date on a daily basis, and when THE HOUSE came on the market, she wrote up the offer and had it to the seller's agent within a question of hours. Tammy knows exactly what needs to be checked and found issues I would have never spotted. All that said, I consider Tammy's strongest point is interpersonal communication. She is not in the least pushy; rather, she is attuned to the client's wishes. During the process, she had lots of tips and suggestions, leaving me to take them or leave them.
