From the begining to the end, Tami makes this process so smooth! As a first time home buyer I didn’t know left from right but Tami was there to answer any of my question I had (I had a lot) and to guide me in the right direction. She is VERY knowledgeable of the Pasco area and knows all the right people to get your house market ready and will fight for you if needed! 10/10 recommend and will tell anyone selling or buying a home to call Tami and Sand Peak!

She priced it well and helped me to get the house looking it’s best with the yard, the pool and the staging of the rooms. The house was sold within the first 24 hours that it was shown.
