She took us all over the southeast part of the state & wasn’t even a little bit upset when we decided not to buy. Then about 10 years later we used her when we did sell our house. I first met Tami when she rescued a couple of our kittens that had strayed out to a busy road and brought them back to our doorstep. When I needed to sell a home in Stewartville, Tami was the first person I thought of and I couldn't be more pleased with that decision. I told her I wanted the process to be as stress free as possible and she went way above that expectation. She suggested what things needed to be done to get the house ready & even helped line up some minor contracting work (handyman, painting and cleaning) all while staying well below what I intended to spend. She also knew the market very well. She suggested a price above what I would have expected & indicated we would probably get multiple bids. She was exactly right and we ended up selling for 5% above our asking price. My advice is to do what Tami suggests & you won't be disappointed with the outcome.
