Tami was amazing to work with when we purchased our home in Rochester. We were coming from out of state and her incredible knowledge of the city, the different neighborhoods, and the intricacies of Rochester home buying was amazing! She made an otherwise overwhelming and scary process seem easy and second nature. She was incredibly prompt with communication and help us through all steps of the process!
Always quick to respond, easy to reach; sharp negotiator, but treats all parties fairly and with respect; very helpful in both complex and simple matters; knows the market thoroughly; shepherds deals through all phases and is an outstanding communicator. Best realtor we have ever used--through many years of property transactions--the very best: hands down, no exceptions. You can trust Tami 100%, and I have never been able to say that about a realtor before!
Highly recommend! Professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and a pleasure to work with from start to finish. Tami made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Thank you!
Tami was very easy to work with. She is very knowledgeable about the real estate business. Very professional and personable. Always looking out for the interests in both us as sellers and that of future buyer buyers. Great person all around.
We feel very fortunate to have found Tami! She provided our family with professionalism and expertise throughout the sales process. We sold our home remotely with Tami's excellent service. She was our eyes and ears on the ground and stayed on top of everything. Some days were hectic but she stayed level and grounded through the entire process. Tami's knowledge of the industry and market resulted in happy buyers and satisfied sellers. If you choose to work with Tami, you will not be disappointed! Tami, when you read this review, I want you to know it was truly a pleasure to work with you (smiley face)!
Tami was fantastic at helping us find our first home. She explained each step of the process and explained each step clearly and thoroughly. She was so patient while we navigated the process and was available virtually 24/7.

We had a wonderful experience working with Tami to sell our home. She came to our first meeting extremely well prepared and had clearly done her research on comparable homes in the area, which gave us great confidence when determining our pricing strategy. Throughout the entire process, her communication was excellent. She kept us informed every step of the way and made sure we always knew what to expect next. Tami does an outstanding job guiding you through what can feel like an overwhelming process, making it smooth and manageable from start to finish. We’re so grateful for her professionalism, preparation, and support, and we highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell!
Tami was well organized, knowledgeable, and explained each step of the process in a way that was easy to understand. She responded to our questions promptly and helped us navigate some unexpected situations along the way. She was also kind, compassionate, and patient, especially knowing that we were selling our parents’ home after their passing. In addition, she offered helpful guidance on which improvements were worth making before the sale and which were not, helping us make practical, informed decisions. She also used a professional photographer who took great pictures of the property. We really appreciated all of her help and support throughout the process!
I am a retired real estate agent and worked with Tami at Property Brokers of MN for years. I referred my cousins to Tami because I knew she would do an excellent job selling their sister's home in Kasson. Tami was patient and understanding, was available for questions and responded quickly, and was willing to help with staging the almost empty property. She scheduled two open houses the weekend the house came on the market and it sold to a Buyer who came to the open house. Her attention to detail on the listing and purchase agreement made this easy for my cousins. Thanks again for ALL of your hard work, Tami!!!
We had a great experience selling our home with Tami. She brought a level of knowledge and confidence to the whole process, and help us stay light hearted when we needed it! Her years of experience were extremely valuable. She was eager to give tips and lend a hand whenever needed. Thanks for your help, Tami!
