It was very easy to work with Tami and her personable attitude. She has a way with making you feel comfortable immediately. We attended an open house at one of her listings and brought along our 5yo and infant sons. It was a memorable experience. We loved the home but my oldest started to feel sick and ultimately threw up. Luckily he made it to the bathroom, but I was mortified as other prospective buyers were coming through. Tami handled it like it was nothing. After making an offer, Tami made the process easy and was sure to make sure everything was set with each step going forward. Very kind and caring.

TL;DR: Tami helped us find and purchase the perfect home day 1. My wife and I were looking for a home in a broad radius (~45 min. or so) from where we work. Tami sat down with us a couple weeks before we landed jobs after moving back to the area, and kept us posted on all the homes matching the criteria we had laid out for a home. When we finally got jobs/approved for a loan in the ballpark we were looking for, Tami drove us over 35 minutes away to look at the homes in person, and added one she thought we might also be interested in so that we weren't missing anything. While seeing one home that my wife and I both liked, we'd heard there was an offer already put in that day. Seeing we were serious about the home, Tami immediately went back to the office, printed out forms for us to sign, talked through making a competitive offer, and had sent it in that same day. Turns out that was a very good thing for us, as another offer came in after we had looked at the house, but between the 3, our offer was accepted pending one or two changes, which Tami immediately took care of on our behalf. We couldn't be happier with the home, and we're SO thankful for everything Tami did to make this happen. Additionally, she is extremely competent as a realtor- knowledgeable about not only the forms and markets and whatnot, but also a bit about home inspections: basics of how things were constructed, what will need repairing soon, etc. One home we went to had a gas leak, she checked the filters in the furnace, and I think it was her that even made comments about needing to retool mortar joints... and various other things of that nature. So while there are more people moving into realty to make a quick buck but are not putting in the work to learn the field, Tami is a notable exception to that trend.

This is the 5th and last house I plan to buy. Tami was fantastic to work with. She had our back through the entire process, kept us updated, gave excellent recommendations, and made sure we were aware of what needed to be done. Her walk through before closing was unbelievably detailed and hands on. All of this was done while we were in our current home in Florida!

Tami is the best realtor I have ever used (in a long lifetime of buying and purchasing real estate for personal and investment purposes). She is astonishingly quick to respond and follow up, knowledgeable about all aspects of the local market, effective at communicating and preventing misunderstandings, and sharing contacts for local experts, e.g., hvac, plumbing, lawn and snow services, real estate attorney, etc. She treats clients as valued friends, too, which is a (delightful) first for me with an agent. Any buyer or seller would be lucky to be represented by Tami.

Based on my desired sales timeframe, Tami put together a schedule for getting the house on the market and made pricing changes based on prospective buyer feedback to lead to a sale by the goal date. That worked very well. Tami has a good knowledge of the market and helping decide what improvements or fixes were needed to prepare for sale, vs. which potential fixes were not necessary. Similarly, she helped with just enough staging to be useful. She used a professional photographer for a good set of photos, including drone, and added a few of mine from different seasons.

Tami has so much experience that she has accumulated wisdom in representing the sale of various properties. She communicates well & sends emails with simplified, helpful check off lists to stay on a well designed timeline. Tami listens to a person's needs. She operated with flexability when needed. Tami was on the same team as us & focused on Win-Win! Tami had solution options for updates & maintainence on the home & property. She did good scheduling of Open Houses & stayed past the scheduled time, as buyers were still looking & asking questions. Tami staged the home with season appropriate decor that brought more color & joy to the empty home. Tami hired an expensive, high quality professional photagrapher who did drone photos in addition to interior photos. Tami provided names & number of resources for updating, remodeling or repairing the home for preperation to get it to market. Tami understands that getting a home prepared for sale & going through the whole process of moving is a stress to regular routine. To minimize stress, Tami provided names & numbers of massage therapists, Doctors of Chiropractic & Councilors that can help reduce stress. I know this to be accurate, as I utilized the professional people that she recommends & found their services to super beneficial. I give Tami a 5 star review as she exceeded our expectations & was able to sell our home with a realistically anticipated price. I am glad we chose the best realator for us.

My church inherited a piece of land that we needed to sell. Tami had it appraised, title moved, advertised and sold within a matter of weeks. She knows the market!
