I initially cold messaged Taletha on a Saturday night at 8PM. Within 15 minutes, she had responded warmly, professionally, and competently with an offer of help and advice on the area based off of my requirements. Taletha energetically and passionately chased down houses that were a good fit, paying special attention to how both she and I felt about each house we saw. If for whatever reason I was unhappy, Taletha took that feedback and kept recommending houses that I was excited to see. I recommend her for anyone that I know of in the area looking for real estate. From start to finish, I have not had the privilege of working with someone so dedicated and passionate about helping people find the right property for them. I never felt like a number with Taletha. She saw me as a person with needs and desires for a new home, not just the next commission, like some realtors treat you like. Taletha knew the area well and connected that with what I needed and wanted and helped us find a beautiful house that I'm proud to call home.

Taletha was amazing. We had a tight timeline with the house we were trying to sell and our new home. She recognized that and Taletha and team were all over it! Our house was basically in offer within about 5 hours from posting. Amazing!

Working with Taletha was great. She was very friendly and made our first home buying experience great. She also has many connections and contacts which were helpful. Would recommend.
