I highly recommend Sylvia. I first worked with Sylvia when I was looking to buy a house to get into the Salt Lake valley market. More recently, when I was looking to sell that very house I was considering using Homie as I liked the idea of paying a bit less in commissions. Because of my respect for Sylvia's past work with me, however, I called her and let her know what I was thinking and why I was thinking Homie and told her that I wanted to hear from her perspective if there were reasons I was not considering. Sylvia's response was to put together an entire packet of information and come over to my house the next day to go through it with me. This level of effort and work is textbook Sylvia. Even though I was not even a client of Sylvia's at that point and I had told her I was leaning toward Homie, she put hours of her time into trying to understand my thinking and showing me data on why she would do a better job. During my selling process, there were a few different issues that came up (entirely on the buyer's end) and I don't think I would have been able to get through it all without Sylvia's constant support and work. Sylvia will take the time to understand what matters to you and she will fight for it every step of the way to make sure you get exactly what you want. We ended up selling my house for nearly $45k above listing.

Sylvia was amazing, pure and simple! She has over twenty years of experience and it clearly shows. My boyfriend and I became first time home buyers and she put us at ease around every corner. We went into this hot market wondering if we were ever going to find anything that fit our wants and needs and she made sure that every house we put an offer on we would love to live in, and she didn't let us get discouraged when an offer wasn't accepted and rallied us to keep going until we finally found our home. She's so flexible with her time as well. My boyfriend and I work long hours most days and she had no problem working around our schedules with the showings and phone calls. She keeps on top of everything as well and never let anything slip through the cracks. We truly felt that she cared about us and getting us into our first home.
