I highly recommend Sylvia. I first worked with Sylvia when I was looking to buy a house to get into the Salt Lake valley market. More recently, when I was looking to sell that very house I was considering using Homie as I liked the idea of paying a bit less in commissions. Because of my respect for Sylvia's past work with me, however, I called her and let her know what I was thinking and why I was thinking Homie and told her that I wanted to hear from her perspective if there were reasons I was not considering. Sylvia's response was to put together an entire packet of information and come over to my house the next day to go through it with me. This level of effort and work is textbook Sylvia. Even though I was not even a client of Sylvia's at that point and I had told her I was leaning toward Homie, she put hours of her time into trying to understand my thinking and showing me data on why she would do a better job. During my selling process, there were a few different issues that came up (entirely on the buyer's end) and I don't think I would have been able to get through it all without Sylvia's constant support and work.
