Sylvia really helped us again in the sale of a home she helped us to buy 4 years ago. We decided to sell our home after hearing how hot the market was, and after baby #2! When things didn’t go as quickly as I thought they would, we kept thinking we should stop the sale and maybe try later. Sylvia really took the time to help us through the process of selling ( and showing with a newborn and 2 yr old!) I’m glad we stuck it out. She was right- it worked. The market has changed quite a bit in those 5+ years but Sylvia has stayed knowledgeable and an overall expert in her field. We took her advice on fixing up our home before listing and the results were great. Sylvia has a network of electricians, plumbers, and handymen that she frequently works with. She knew professionals we could hire to get our fireplace fixed quickly and with short notice. She hired the best photographer and marketed the house really well.
