Sylvia really helped us again in the sale of a home she helped us to buy 4 years ago. We decided to sell our home after hearing how hot the market was, and after baby #2! When things didn’t go as quickly as I thought they would, we kept thinking we should stop the sale and maybe try later. This is the second time we have worked with Sylvia - once for buying our home in 2016 and now for selling that same home in 2021. We took her advice on fixing up our home before listing and the results were great. Sylvia has a network of electricians, plumbers, and handymen that she frequently works with. She knew professionals we could hire to get our fireplace fixed quickly and with short notice. She hired the best photographer and marketed the house really well. I Highly Recommend Sylvia Campa. She is knowledgeable, professional and experienced. Sylvia worked really hard to help me find a property. Due to the lack of single family homes after the wildfires, Sylvia showed me lots of properties. We wrote really good offers but overbidding made it difficult. Also, I am not the easiest buyer. I want a good deal and I don't want to over pay for a property, in Rincon Valley. Sylvia never got frustrated with me but help calibrate me all along the way by encouraging me to keep looking and adjust my parameters. She was right and we found a house I am very happy with. As a first time homebuyer, my husband and I were clueless about the process. One late night, I was casually browsing houses on Zillow and requested more info on a listing. Within 5 mins, I had a message from Sylvia in my inbox. I knew right then and there that she would be my realtor. Very friendly, worked hard to get the house we wanted at the price we wanted. Sylvia came to our home to get documents signed, found a place to deposit our escrow money. She know we needed to get our keys to our home so Sylvia made sure we got them. She got an estimate for getting our home rentivated.
