Sylvana is very understanding and patient. She always thinks about my needs and plans ahead for potential obstacles and next steps during my house hunting journey. She gives me a lot of advice on how to search and negotiate, and she’s really resourceful in answering (or even researching) all kinds of house-related questions—even ones not directly about the property.
