This was my third transaction working with Suzy, and I couldn’t recommend her more! Our first experience was in 2020 when she helped me purchase my first home. We then worked with her again to sell that home and purchase our next one. From the very beginning, Suzy has been incredible to work with. She connected us with a lender who was also amazing, and the two of them worked together seamlessly to get us clear to close in less than three weeks. The search for the perfect home can definitely be stressful, but Suzy makes the process feel exciting, smooth, and manageable. She is always easy to reach, extremely responsive, and communicates every step of the way. There were multiple times we found a home we wanted to see, reached out to her, and she had a showing scheduled right away. She also went above and beyond by coordinating multiple showings in a single day several times, making sure we had every opportunity to find the home that was right for us. She was magnificent My financer was in Ft. Lauderdale, Fl. She waded through 50-60 pages of legal docs, My computer could not handle this load. She helped with a myriad of problems that arsose with the County, water company, home insurance & many others. She acted as a go-between the lender & the closing agent here in DeBary. Our "must have" list was pretty specific. Suzy found great houses for us to look at, and didn't get discouraged even though we looked at quite a few houses. When we finally found the right house Suzy handled settlement and all our questions wonderfully. I wouldn't recommend anyone else.
