Suzanne Cline

Suzanne was wonderful to work with. She was prompt in responding to emails as well as texts and found requested information quickly. I really appreciated the support knowing what was needed to be done on my end prior to closing session since this was my first time buying. I have already shared her information with others!

Suzanne started the process with me shortly after my wife’s passing. She was there with guidance and recommendations during the liquidation of my personal property the estate sale and finally the preparation of the home for sale in a difficult market. Suzanne‘s communication was thorough and detailed, which was important to me to understand who was looking at the house and what their motivation might be. Her effort contributed to the sale of my property at the list price with no unforeseen issues prior to closing. Suzanne is a true professional, and I would recommend her services to anyone.

Suzanne's interest in making sure we were apprised of each step along the way and fully understood what to expect not only gave us comfort but also confidence that the sale of our house was in the best hands. Everything was handled promptly and professionally. We were pleased and thankful we were represented by Suzanne Cline.

Suzanne remained engaged with her firm's partner Jeff Waters throughout the sale of our lot.

We rate Suzanne a 5 for her professional knowledge, communication & expertise. She demonstrates excellent character & understanding of her seller's needs. Both real estate transactions were flawless from start to closing. We thank you.

Suzanne was our listing agent for our home sale in Powhatan. From her market knowledge and attention to detail she is the best. I highly recommend!
