As someone who was relocating to Central KY, it was vital we chose a realtor we could trust to be our eyes while viewing houses for us. Susan did just that. While the housing market was crazy and things were going fast, Susan was quick to send us houses to view and get showings scheduled quickly. Since we couldn’t always be in-person, she made sure to FaceTime us and show every detail of the house. We felt confident putting offers in on homes we hadn’t seen in person based off Susan’s reliability and attention to detail. Susan was great at recommending competitive, yet reasonable, offers. Ultimately, we decided on a new home build and Susan continued to work with us through the process. Susan remained in contact and worked with the builders throughout several months and even came to our pre-drywall and final walk-throughs. After closing, we had a few issues pop up and Susan was still available to advocate for us and work with the builders. Susan was very attentive and thorough with everything.
