Susan is very professional, punctual, and always available. She is incredibly knowledgeable, and if she doesn't know the answer to something, she will be sure to find out and get back to you quickly with an answer! Susan has a good eye and notices details we never would have picked up on when viewing other homes. We had a big move from Texas to Kentucky and Susan made the process as smooth as possible, even recording her walkthrough of the home and emailing us all the virtual videos/pictures. She handled the negotiations with the seller perfectly and is a great communicator - with this cross country move she surpassed our high expectations! She is a GREAT realtor!!
