As someone who was relocating to Central KY, it was vital we chose a realtor we could trust to be our eyes while viewing houses for us. Susan did just that. While the housing market was crazy and things were going fast, Susan was quick to send us houses to view and get showings scheduled quickly. Since we couldn’t always be in-person, she made sure to FaceTime us and show every detail of the house. We felt confident putting offers in on homes we hadn’t seen in person based off Susan’s reliability and attention to detail. Susan was great at recommending competitive, yet reasonable, offers.
