Susan was very knowledgeable and guided us through the entire process. We hadn’t done this in a very long time so it all seemed new to us. We worked with Susan for over a year as we were trying to relocate from Idaho to Kentucky. She sent us homes for sale on a regular basis. We recently saw a house we really liked on acreage. We were able to get a “keys to cash then sell” loan from Annie Mac and Susan was able to work with them and the sellers agent to make things happen. We are currently updating the paint and carpeting and are very happy with our purchase. The Annie Mac loan was a new thing for Susan, but she was able to understand all the ins and outs and did a great job for us.

She is professional yet personable and very knowledgeable when it comes to truly understanding what her clients want. She kept us informed of properties in the area and closed a good deal for us.
