Susan is an incredible realtor. In constant communication throughout our home buying. She consistently fought other realtors for home showings and got us in to every home we asked for. Even last minute and short notice. Her ability to flex her extremely busy schedule helped out immensely in the extremely competitive housing market. Her willingness to answer questions and communicate with other realtors throughout the day really helped to coordinate things and plan for moving in upon closing. Susan’s compassion for her job and clients is unmatched by any customer service provider I have ever had. Checking in on us after we moved in to make sure everything was going well. Anytime we asked for a reference, she always provided options, not just close friends. She knew a lot of the other realtors, including the one for the home seller. This helped keep communication going and the buying process smooth and less stressful for us. The home buying process is stressful by its self. And Susan did everything she could to take that stress and care as much of it for us as she could. I could not ask for a better realtor. If she is still in business when I retire we will be asking her to help sell the home when the time comes.
