Susan Stryker and Annie Child are absolutely wonderful. We were fortunately assigned to them in our corporate relocation 8 years ago. They were extremely consultative and patient with us as we learned about the Minneapolis area. They helped us to acclimate by showing us several different kinds of options, options we ourselves hadn’t considered. They took into consideration our “newness” to the area, lifestyle, and professional needs and helped us find a condo that genuinely suited us perfectly. After the sale they continued to be a part of our lives, but now as friends. They have introduced us to new people and we have happily referred folks to them. Now, 6 years later when the condo no longer met the needs of our growing family, they again helped us find a new home, only now instead of being assigned, we chose them to be our agents. Someone once referred to them as “sales people” and it was in that moment that I realized I have never thought of them that way at all. They have been professional consultants to us and in the end, an integral part of our lives as our friends. Because of their expertise, consultative style and the fact that they genuinely care about their clients, I have no doubt that should the need arise for us to again require help, they will be the first people that we call.
