In this market you have to work with someone who is experienced and can help you through the process. Susan has that experience and is just an overall good person. She helped make this transaction much less stressful than it could have been.

Our daughter and family moved to North Carolina almost 4 years ago. Sue found the perfect home for them. My husband and I decided to leave NY for "greener pastures" in NC. Susan was recommended by my daughter. She met with me and listened to every thought and need I had. We began our search in the fall of 2019. We had many viewings, then Covid happened. Susan arranged for virtual viewings. She worked with us and the sellers negotiating for us. Susan was ALWAYS available. We spoke over the phone, through texts and emails. She finally found "the" home. It had, pretty much, all of our wants. She assisted in finding our mortgage broker, the inspection, a lawyer (we had to have our daughter as our POA for the closing). She even knew of a painter to do his magic before we moved in. We closed on our home in July 2021. Our home is absolutely perfect. Sure, there are other realty professionals out there but none could shine as brightly than Sue! I highly recommend her !

Susan helped us find our new home and we had to find one fast so we had to look at a lot of homes. You could tell she was getting tired of showing us homes and even made smart remarks and even one via email. I think she could have avoided us loosing a lot of money on one house that we backed out of because of mold. Unprofessional when the going gets tough.
