Susan was remarkably knowledgeable to work with in buying our house. She had a vast amount information and experience. When one thing issue arose that was unusual she got an excellent answer for us in 1 phone call. She made arrangements with the Title company to do more than their usually protocol which made things easier for me. The final sales price was below the asking price about which I was very happy. She has great people skills. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a realtor.
