Susan was professional and was extremely helpful, ending with the sale of our home. Thanks to Susan's efforts, she assisted in selling our house above our asking price. I recommend Susan Kelke and the Keller Williams Paint Creek team without hesitation.

I was filled with dread at thought of selling and buying a new home. Working with Susan was flawless and made the experience a breeze. She is knowledgable and never wasted a second of our time. Our home sold in the first weekend on market and when we found the perfect new home, she had us there looking at it within hours. She makes herself readily available and, actually, made the whole experience fun! Highly recommend!!

We have moved for work several times over the years. Susan made this move extremely easy for us. Even though we are not new to moving Susan followed her process that was different than others. When you choose to work with Susan you can expect Professionalism and a detail oriented experience.

Susan came highly recommended to us by a friend. She was great to work with from start to finish. She was very responsive anytime we had questions and/or concerns. We did a buy and sell with her and she was a great for both deals. She went out of her way to ensure we understood all parts of the process. I've already recommended her to a friend, and will continue to do so anytime I hear of someone needing a realtor. We were also quite happy with the team she works with. Thank you again Susan!!!

Susan was remarkably knowledgeable to work with in buying our house. She had a vast amount information and experience. When one thing issue arose that was unusual she got an excellent answer for us in 1 phone call. She made arrangements with the Title company to do more than their usually protocol which made things easier for me. The final sales price was below the asking price about which I was very happy. She has great people skills. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a realtor.

We really enjoyed working with Susan. She did a great job listening to both of us to understand what was important to us in the home purchase we were making. She worked hard and was flexible with us to meet times that worked around work schedules. She did not pressure us to make a decision we would not have been satisfied with.

Susan searched in eight different cities where I was willing to relocate. She was very learned about each area in regard to both positive points or location concerns. Susan has a keen eye and knowledge to note details on behalf of the buyer beyond the esthetics. Whether it be her inspector-like ability on the working functions of the house, the attention to concerns on existing property requiring issues of concern in the future, or the financial house investment as it relates to the surrounding neighborhood. Susan truly looks out for her client’s welfare.

She was always available and really quick to respond to requests from myself, my bank, or whomever needed things to get moved along in such a crazy fast market.

Sue made our home buying experience during a competitive market an enjoyable experience. Sue went above and beyond throughout the entire process. After a lengthy search for the perfect home in a competitive market, Sue helped us secure the home where we hope to live for at least the next 30+ years and raise our growing family. We can’t thank you enough, Sue! We landed a home that we never thought possible during these current times and it wouldn’t have happened without you. We are going to miss our time with you! If you’re searching for a realtor that you can trust in the buying or selling process and who will go above and beyond for you & your family: you’ve found her!

Susan’s professionalism coupled with her commitment to finding you a home the best suits your needs is a relationship rarely found in real estate. Susan is there for her client. Her knowledge of real estate again exceeded all of our expectations. She will definitely be our realtor for life!

Susan demonstrated her expertise throughout our home search and purchase process. She knew exactly how to navigate the challenges in current market conditions to make our dream home purchase possible in this competitive market. She was on top of every detail and worked hard for us throughout the process. Best real estate experience ever!

Susan was so patient with two out-of-towners and their small children. It took a lot of houses and neighborhoods to make our ultimate decision! She helped to match us with a mortgage professional and home inspector, both of which gave us peace of mind in the buying process. She negotiated tirelessly on our behalf, and answered our pile of questions with a smile on her face. We felt like we gained a friend in the process, found her very easy to talk to, and are so happy with the home she found for us!
