Susan made the process of selling our house an absolute breeze! She came highly recommended from a close family member who had a similar experience and at the end of the process, we couldn't have been any happier with our decision to go with her as well. She was very honest and forthcoming about what we needed to do in order to optimize the selling value of our home. She presented various strategies for how to go about selling and we selected her primary choice and everything went exactly as planned. The digital presentation Susan created of our house allowed it to truly shine and as a result we had a very large number of interested buyers and their agents come through on the first weekend our house went to market. During that initial weekend we choose to go out of town to keep the house open/available and Susan took care of absolutely everything. She kept us informed on what the various buyers agents were communicating to her and within two days we had multiple above asking offers on our house. Susan presented each of these offers in a very concise way and was able to get a final accepting offer that was right at our initial "financial goal!" Susan continued to stay very hands on to ensure the inspection/appraisal/closing process went according to plan and we were able to get across the closing finish line without even a blemish. This was our first home sale (after living in our house 12 years) and initially we had entertained the idea of selling our house by owner. After seeing all that goes into this process and how important it is to have someone like Susan we realized how fortunate we were to have chosen to go with her instead. We will be highly recommending her to any family/friends in the future!!

Susan is an extremely knowledgeable agent who shows concern for her clients. She provided good comps for my purchase and so I felt confident in my offer to the seller. She went out of her way to assist with meeting people at the home as I was living out of town when I made my purchase. She has a keen eye for spotting issues when walking through a house. She is very responsive in returning phone calls and kept good track of where we were in the sales process. I highly recommend Susan Kelke and would use her again.
