Susan Kelke was there to answer my concerns or questions from 7:30 am to 10:30 pm. There may have been a few questions she could not answer Immediately in which case she would get the answer back to me in a very short time frame. If I did not understand items she was discussing with me, she would take extra time explaining it to me. The entire process went very quickly and very efficiently. When I gave her information on what I was looking for, Susan provided plenty of properties to look at. She is a great agent and I would recommend her as a selling or purchasing agent for your next home.

Working with Susan to sell our home was an absolute pleasure. From the time we first sat down at our kitchen table, through closing, everything went exactly as Susan and Emer predicted. They suggested that we show our home for 2 days only, predicting that we would get multiple offers including some over asking price; and estimated that we would sell at 5-10% over asking price and close in approximately 5 weeks. We received 8 offers, all at or above asking price, and sold approximately 7% over asking price. Our closing occurred on the originally scheduled, predicted date.
