Sue's industry expertise is very impressive. This includes extensive neighborhood knowledge and in-depth knowledge of which houses to look for and which to avoid during your house search. She is very easy to communicate with and responds quickly to questions. Simply put, Sue is amazing!

Sue is extremely knowledgeable about the different areas and pricing. She was able to quickly determine our likes and dislikes to show us homes we would be interested in seeing. Sue responded to our numerous questions immediately through email and phone calls. She also helped us with local contractors to get prices on work we may want to do on our new house. I can’t say enough about the tremendous job she did for us and I have to say she is the best realtor we ever worked with (before and after marriage we purchased a total of 7 different houses between us so had experience with 7 other realtors before Sue).
