About Susan

For more than 20 years, Susan Falco has been helping people realize the dream of homeownership while making many long-lasting relationships along the way. Real estate is in Susan's blood. Having been the 10-year-old "assistant" to her Realtor mom, with a real passion for design and a true love of people, real estate sales seemed the natural path for her. She began her real estate sales career in 1990 in Rhode Island. Hilton Head Island has always been a very special place to Susan. Having enjoyed frequent visits since the age of 12, she knew that she would one day call Hilton Head home. "Living on Hilton Head Island is as good as it gets," she said. "I am so excited to be living in such a beautiful place."
