She educated me so much about how the real estate process works from the seller side in Arizona, when I was tasked with selling my late father's home in a state where I have never lived or sold property. She knows much more than the average agent, and she brought her considerable knowledge, experience, and integrity in to the process along the way. I felt very well taken care of. Trust is so important when choosing an agent. I can attest from personal experience, Susan is an outstanding seller's agent and a very honest professional.

Susan Derlein was wonderful and extremely professional. I couldn't haven't asked for more. She explained things clearly and was timely in meeting contractual deadlines. She was always detailed and forthright in her explanations, pointing out both the upside and downside of different choices with which I was confronted. She never pressured me when I was inclined to make a choice to which she was somewhat cool. It was clear to me she was well versed in what she was doing and put a lot of effort into effecting the best possible outcome for me. She instilled a lot of confidence even though all my dealings with her were by phone and email. I would be more than happy to use her again should the occasion ever arise; and would definitely refer her to a close friend or family member.

Susan Derlein was wonderful to work with. She was extremely helpful in getting things done. Not just the basic things, but also following up after the inspection to make sure that things that needed to be repaired by us got done. This was invaluable, because we were working with her remotely. We've been in Tennessee (the great city of Nashville) since before we started the process of selling our Green Valley house. I have nothing but good things to say about her. She was prompt in answering all our questions, and also in taking care of necessary actions that would have been very difficult for us to take care of from far away.

Susan Derlein was outstanding to work with all the way through the process of selling our home. When we had questions she had the answers or would get the answer and get back to us in short order. She explained the sales agreement to us in plain and simple language. She was always on time for every visit and kept us constantly informed and updated as to what was going on. She sold our house in a mater of minutes and worked closely with the buyers agent and the escrow company to make sure the transaction was completed on schedule. We have sold 8 homes in our life and all our realtors have been good, but Susan Derlein was the best of the best!!!
