Thru out the whole process, Susan's diligence in devising different avenues of approach, in a very unstable seller's market, was more than commendable . Susan's suggestions for repair and remodel were well advised, and her knowledge, contacts, and vast experience, was instrumental; in the completion of the needed work, and negotiating a fair price ! At first I was concerned, and a little resistant; but Susan's confidence in her suggestions was reassuring, relieving my concerns. Ultimately, as her confidence projected, the sale of the property was successful ! Though there were obstacles; Susan worked together with the buyer and the buyer's agent in assisting to secure financing, and also finding solutions to lower closing costs while working with the Title company, and lender. Only a very experienced, professional, full-time realtor could have done what we have accomplished with Susan Derlein. We came into Green Valley as a side trip from Tucson .. just to see. We found a home, reasonably priced, well taken care of; but we only had 2 and half hours before we had to catch a flight back to Colorado. Susan Derlein was the listed realtor. We called her. She made herself available, met us at the home which she knew very well. Susan wasn't pushy and was on point answering our questions and initiating comments of things that she knew were important to our decision. Because of her experience, we signed the purchase contract before we had to leave yet that afternoon. We've closed on the house. Was headed to a 10 until we could not get into the gated community and our house. A neighbor came along, and we were ok. Susan did a fantastic job in finding our house plus at a lower price than others we looked at. This house was only on the market 3 days and would have been gone if Susan had not tipped us off. In any cross country move there are blips but nothing earth shattering. The seller did a wonderful job in leaving information. Mary and I love the house and now are unboxing 2 million boxes hoping to find some tv remotes etc..
