Susan Butts was the best buyer's agent we have ever had. She really pointed out the pluses while not shying away from indicating the minuses. We really appreciated the care she took trying to understand out needs and waiting patiently for us when we were stuck in traffic getting to far way and out of the way homes. She really did her best, always putting on a happy face with us, even while she was suffering a loss. We ended up with a happy purchase.
