Work ing with Susie was a pleasure and I felt she was professional and always on point. Her tireless efforts in helping me sell my condo were exemplary. Susie has assisted me on several occasions in selling and buying homes. I will definitely enlist her expertise again if the need arises.

I cannot recommend Susie enough and I am eternally grateful for her guidance, support and true friendship through the process of purchasing my first home. Susie brings professionalism, expertise, humor and negotiation skills that ensure that your needs and wants are met. She is genuinely on your team and her investment in you is genuine. Susie is wonderful to work with. She is personable, down to earth and a true professional in every sense of the word. She has a strong knowledge of the market and her expertise helped us make well informed decisions. Her dedication through out the whole process was impressive. She kept in constant contact with us and her responsiveness to our many questions made us feel like we were her only client. Her excellent organizational skills kept us on track throughout the process from beginning to end with no surprises. We couldn’t have imagined a smoother transaction.

WOW. Susie was wonderful for us first-time homebuyers. Very experienced and worked with a great team that always met our needs quickly. Always patient with our requests, questions, and schedules. Susie and her team were able to find us a home even with our financial barriers and hectic schedules. Susie always put our needs first and advocated for us in every conversation. Her suggestions for other professionals to use as we acquired a loan and a home were all great as well. Very trustable, caring people. The home we had an accepted offer began a difficult process of getting to close. Susie and her team were there mentally and physically for us the whole way. This included a quite hectic settlement day that was made easy by her diligence and perseverance. Thank you SO much Susie!!! Eager to have you over for a celebratory soon.

Susie was such a gem! She was recommended to us by my mother in law and we were so grateful to have been connected. The biggest thing I worried about was choosing a realtor that wouldn’t have our best interests at heart. Susie put all those worries to rest. She was so helpful, down to earth, and gave you the feeling that you’ve known her forever. Susie makes your feel at ease. She made it known that she had our back from day one. From the amazing communication(day or night), endless support, suggestions and the connections she had, we couldn’t have had a better realtor. I would recommend her over and over again. The way she went to bat for us, we are so grateful. When you choose Susie, you are in the best of care!

Our experience with Susie was outstanding from start to finish. She was knowledgeable, responsive, and truly had our best interests at heart throughout the entire process. She took the time to answer all of our questions, kept us informed every step of the way, and made what could have been a stressful experience feel smooth and enjoyable. Susie’s professionalism, attention to detail, and dedication went above and beyond our expectations. We always felt supported and confident knowing she was advocating for us. I highly recommend Susie to anyone looking to buy a home. Thank you for making this such a positive experience!
