I began my real estate business after graduating from college with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of South Carolina Upstate. I love representing sellers, buyers and investors in the real estate market. I am a consistent leader with a reputation for tenaciously protecting my clients’ interests. I reside in Washington County with my husband of 36 years and am a Mom to our college aged son. Two springer spaniels round out our family. Great working with Susie, who is knowledgeable, personable, empathetic and very attentive

Susie spent the appropriate amount of time educating my brother and sister and I about the home selling process after our father passed away unexpectedly. She was very empathetic! Susie was knowledgeable about the market and how to price the home! She was very attentive to our septic situation, showing up onsite and through the excavation process! She worked many evenings with us, communicating and walking us through the process. It was great to work with Susie!

Simply Amazing

Excellent communicator , extremely helpful

Susie was super helpful throughout the entire process . I am a first time homebuyer so she made sure everything was understanding to me . She was always on the look out for homes in my interest until I found the right one. From start to finish she was on top of everything and she was always available. Very grateful that Susie was my realtor for my first home.
