Susan was a joy to work with. She did a great job of explaining everything to us throughout the process and was never short or annoyed when we needed something repeated or more clearly broken down. She was the shining example of being a client's advocate, as she caught numerous mistakes from other parties that could have blindsided us later in the process. She was always on the ball, whether it was 7am or 9pm she was there with the latest information or to answer a question. We love our new home that we purchased through her and we will certainly be reaching out to her if we ever decide to sell it.
