She helped negotiate us $10,000 worth of closing costs at a time when that was nearly unheard of, and also a significant reduction of the asking price. We love our new home and location. The purchase process was my smoothest thanks to her regular check in and communication. Even after closing and moving in, she made a point to check-in often, and offer guidance and contacts to help our move to Denver and new home as smooth as possible. World class person and realtor. I am way over due on giving this review. I have worked with Susan in the past as she was my realtor on my very first home. This is my second property now and I was glad I was able to work with Susan again. We have know each other for quit some time. From getting to work with her on my very first property our relationship grew to a friendship.... I know right who is friends with their realtor!! Susan know her stuff and gets the job done.
