Susan Brooks was amazing to work with! She went above and beyond for us, really listened to what we wanted, and stayed mindful of our budget the entire time. She was always flexible and made time to fit us into her schedule to look at homes. She made the whole process easy and stress-free, and we’re so grateful for her help. Highly recommend!

Susan was great! She was professional, patient and extremely proactive throughout our entire homebuying process. I would highly recommend Susan!
Wife and I bought first home. Susan allowed us room to just see homes from our perspective before offering input, allowing us to narrow down what we really wanted and what to set expectations at. She was definitely an asset - connecting us with other financing options beyond what we explored, and providing reputable inspectors we could rely on. Navigated some tricky appraisal issues for us. Reliable, always reachable. No matter the issue we faced, we never lost momentum (My closing target was aggressive).
I can’t express the amount of joy and appreciation that Susan Brooks has given us. Without her we wouldn’t have been able to buy and sell our home. She worked very hard to get it done quickly and diligently, we cannot thank her enough.
Susan is wonderful to work with she helped us buy and sell our first home as a married couple many years ago. This past may we moved back to the area and called her to help us buy our current home. Very professional, really listens to what you're looking for, always happy to answer all of our questions!
