I have engaged in over twenty residential buy/sell transactions with a many different agents in several states. I live out of state, and was unable to assist with any aspect of preparing the house for sale. This transaction was unusually difficult and involved dedication of a tremendous amount of time and effort. That included arranging and supervising the cleaning out my mother's house (she was a hoarder), arranging for and supervising numerous and extensive repairs and renovations, resolving last minute problems, and arranging and supervising staging and contract negotiation. Susan also handled all aspects of marketing and assisted me in innumerable ways with the selling process, quickly securing a very good offer and fast closing. Susan was able to find numerous contractors who were reasonable, available, and who performed excellent work in a very short period of time under Susan's diligent supervision. Finding and supervising one such contractor would have been difficult for many agents; finding, screening and supervising at least six different experts seemed to be a breeze for her.
