My experience with Sunshine was PERFECT. Sunshine has a way of knowing how to get things done and make you feel comfortable in that process. We developed a wonderful relationship where she had the uncanny ability to read my mind. She was always one step ahead of the incredibly stressful process called "selling your home". Sunshine, goes the extra mile on all things related to the selling and buying of a home. I met her 3 years prior at a open house she was conducting. She left such a impression on me that she was the first person I thought of when it was time to actually sale and buy a new home. Sunshine is patient , kind and knowledgeable and she listens to your wants and needs and is always there when you have any questions. She goes the extra mile for her clients. You know she truly cares about your satisfaction. I cannot even begin to tell you how many things she helped with, which were not part of her job, She even came to my house and hauled some trash away for me . I would recommend her to anyone that is looking to buy and or sell a home. She is a fantastic person not just a sales lady looking to make a dime off of you. She made the whole process less painful.
