She is awesom

Sunny took over a my listing agent and immediately focused attention on the condo market in Atlanta, advising on listing price and strategy to attract buyers. Within a couple weeks we entertained a cash offer and she was able to negotiate a closing in two to three weeks as opposed to a month which the buyer had originally requested. Everything went through very very smoothly.
