He spent much time researching comps and explaining them to us and advised us regarding basic repairs/ upgrades that would yield a higher sale value. He helped us develop a timeline and completed action items ahead of schedule. We sold our home immediately and painlessly and received $100,000.00 over the asking price. He is very easy to talk to, is responsive, and does his work with enthusiasm.

Best agent EVER. In fact, it is impossible to imagine anyone who would have been more to our liking or easier to work with than Sunil. Over the past year, he has assisted us in remodeling and marketing our Fremont duplex.
