Sunil helped me sell a $2.5M home in Fremont. Right off the bat, Sunil took the initiative to get a pest report, a roof inspection, and most importantly, a "Green" certification for the house. All these reports helped us take action in fixing any issues for the house, give the potential buyers peace of mind, and the "Green" certification certainly help bolster the value of the home. Sunil worked extremely well with my Contractor and my Interior Designer/Stager, and made the staging process very smooth, to get the home ready for "Open House". The physical and online "brochures" on the house was very well done, truly reflect how attractive the home is. At the time the house went on the market, the market was actually quite soft, with a lot of inventory, Sunil worked very hard to identify the buyers, and we found a buyer in 4 weeks, and the house closed 30 days after that. I found Sunil through yelp and his background immediately impressed me. I attended Sunil's home buying 101 and learnt so much about home buying on day 1. He is very clear, highly responsive, straightforward and gives you all the facts, pros and cons. He has lots of knowledge on the east Bay Area and will give you an idea on the projects that are being planned around the house you're interested ( e.g., I was interested in a house for the privacy and Sunil let me know that the county had approved a builder to construct homes on the mountain overlooking the house! ) . His comparison analysis is very good and based on his inputs one can waive all the contingencies - this helps one beat the competition in the east Bay Area. I won the offer on the first bid that I made but it had turned to be a probate sale . Sunil helped me get the same house at the same price (even though the prices around that area had hiked up) through the probate sale. He also helped me find the right lender for this purchase! He helped me understand the renovations that I need to make, gave very good improvement suggestions and directed me to the right people for home renovation .
