We were not local for much of the process, but it wasn't a problem for Summer and Emily AT ALL. I worked with Summer in 2016 to sell my mother's house after she passed away late in 2015. This involved working with a Trust attorneys office and my two brothers. We picked Summer because of her local knowledge of the area and references. Throughout the process she had answers for almost everything that came up. She called or texted back if we left a message almost immediately.
