Summer Knight is a fantastic Real Estate agent and we're so glad we chose her to sell our house. After giving a tour of our house, Summer gave us an amount range she thought we could get (which was more than we were thinking). She suggested we list the house at a lower price to attract more people. We did as she suggested and ended up getting a price at the higher end of the range she was thinking. Summer is really in tune with the current market conditions. She was also extremely responsive, making us feel like we were her only client. She has a great, positive and professional attitude, and always kept us abreast of where we were in the process. We would use her again, and would highly recommend her to anyone.
