Sue is incredible. My husband and I are first time homebuyers and didn't know much about the process. Sue was super helpful from the get go - she sat down with us and walked us through a contract and answered all of our questions. She is super responsive and knows a great deal about the area. As buyers we were kind of all over the map on what we were interested in and Sue was on it. She listened to everything we wanted and didn't want and helped narrow down the choices on the market. Sue is also incredibly knowledgable on what to look for when viewing a home - we learned a lot from her. Once we found a house we wanted she was great with helping us write up the best offer. In addition to that - she knew just want to ask for after inspection and negotiated a great deal for us. Absolutely 5 out of 5 stars for every category. Sue knows her stuff. She has built excellent relationships with Lenders, Inspection Companies, Roofers; you name it and she has a guy. The process was as smooth as possible and she was helpful literally every step of the way. I definitely recommend her!
